Returns must be pre-authorized by calling or emailing KG Powersport Stuff for a Return Authorization Number. We will email you the RA Number and the WAREHOUSE ADDRESS to return the products to.

KG Powersport Stuff has a 30 Day Return Policy. 

KG Powersport Stuff will pay return shipping fees for "Defective Products", "Products Incorrectly Shipped by our Warehouse" and "Merchandise Damaged During Shipping". Customer is responsible for the return shipping fees otherwise.

Customer is also responsible for Return Shipping Fees for "Warranty Claims" on merchandise older then 30 days and we do not accept any item for return older than 30 days unless it is for warranty issues.

Once you have your return authorization number, please send your package to the warehouse address we have requested with the RA Number on the package.

Products being returned are subject up to a 20% restocking fee.

Exceptions: Items that are "Received Damaged" in shipping & customer notified us on the day of delivery or products that have a "Manufacturers Defective" within the first 30 Days of receiving product.

Note: We pay the shipping on orders over $99, the up to 20% Restocking Fee is to cover these expenses when a customer returns a product for reasons other than Shipping Damage or Manufacturers Defect.

Note: You may want to add insurance to your return packages, as we cannot be held responsible for shipping errors, lost or misdirected packages.

Note: If you paid by credit card, a credit will be issued and appear on your billing statement. If you paid by PayPal a credit will be issued to your account. If you paid by Cashiers Check or Money Order you will receive a check within 10 business days of receipt of your return.

Note: Special Order Products are Not Returnable.

Note: Closeout Products are Not Returnable.

Note: Tires that have been mounted are Not Returnable, unless they have a Manufacturers Defective within the first 30 Days of order.

Note: Please Inspect all Tires & Wheels when they arrive. If you notice that a Tire, Wheel or Other Product may have been damaged in shipping please notify us before riding on or installing them on your ATV or UTV. If a tire shows "Bead Damage", please notify us before mounting on your ATV - UTV or it will not be covered as a Defective Product or Damaged in Shipping Claim.

Note: As a safety precaution we cannot accept returns of Tires, Wheels or Parts that have been "Mounted", "Installed" or "Used" unless there is a manufactures defect.

Note: There is no mileage warranty on ATV or UTV Tires.

Note: When purchasing "Oversized Tires" (not the stock sizes) for your ATV or UTV, be sure to check for proper tire clearance fitments before placing your order. Tires & Mounted Kits are Very Expensive to return or exchange. If you have questions on fitment, email us or give is a call.

Note: Tork Lug Nuts to between 55-60 Lbs, recheck your Lug Nuts your first couple rides, please be sure wheels are fitting properly on the hub before you drive, if they are not fitted properly it could result in Hub & Wheel Damage, which we are not responsible for.
