3) Competing website must be a Valid/Authorized Dealer Located in the U.S. (No Classified Ads).
4) Competing website must list their prices, shipping, taxes, etc. in U.S. Dollars.
5) Price matching is based off the total cost of Product including the shipping/handling, taxes and any other related fees.

The Best Price Exclusions: 
1) Products sold on Amazon, eBay, Wal-Mart and other e-commerce/discount sites.
2) Products with Manufacturer Advertised Price (MAP) protection policies.
3) Any items that are listed for sale as closeout/backorder/clearance items.
4) Any items that are listed for sale as Blemished, scratch and dent, seconds.
5) Competitor coupons
6) Verbal discounts or emailed discounts
7) Price match will exclude you from any additional discounts or offer codes on an order.
